Pattern generated by cutting mass holes on sheet - Winsion Liang

Now , I know how to create pattern by cutting holes on sheet ( like aluminum sheet , stainless sheet etc., ) ,

Firstly we need to create mass numbers of circle from bitmap , calculate by grasshopper , then we need to cut holes to get final works , but GH will be lagged or even computer goes down , so that is why I have to loop split surface via such definition .

see pics to know why I like to cut holes now .

Here is the video to create the pattern .  :)

How precise is my huge delta 3D printer to make "Micro" Model - Winsion Liang

I suddenly want to share this model as "Micro" 3d print from my big delta after the article of "micro metal 3d print "

My big delta 3d-printer is not only big for car parts or big projects , these days , a client talk to me , he think it should only print big models , in fact , as long as the parameter is correct , my printer can do "tiny" item .

Here is the picture of gold fish model , which is printed at 0.01mm per layer , 50 mm/s . ( I suppose if structure is stronger , speed slower , the appearance will be better )

Micro 3Dprint metal , stainless, alloy sample - Winsion Liang

I get in touch with top metal 3d print company , they focus on small & tiny and high value products , the machine is very expensive , usually for medical institutions, government, university , Multinational corporations , Aviation enterprises etc., and they also accept mass order to make products according customer's request . Please check below pics to know how small is the 3D Metal print parts . They say other 3D print machine like Germany EOS can not make it . I hope some one teach me more about this field .

As I am good at Rhino3D and Grasshopper 3D design , I can help customer to design parts . So I can accept orders as part time job  .

Thanks the world brings so many interesting stuffs .
